The Lord's Joy is Our Strength
Nehemiah 8:10, "for the joy of the LORD is your strength."
No matter what afflictions and miseries may come upon you in life, you can make it if you'll live from day-to-day to bring joy to the Lord Jesus Christ. That's all that will really matter 100-years from now. Nehemiah 8:10 tells us that the Lord's joy is our strength to keep going.
Winning souls with the gospel of Jesus Christ brings joy to our Lord...
Luke 15:10, “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”
“And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!”
“But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience”
God is pleased with the Soul Winner. When we preach the gospel, it brings joy to the angels in Heaven when someone repents toward God and gets saved.
God calls the believer's feet “beautiful” in Romans 10:15, because it is with our feet that we “Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled” (Luke 14:23). God wants as many people saved as possible.
The Bible says that the joy of our Lord is our strength. Thus, we can have joy even during the hardest of times and afflictions if we know that we are bringing joy to our precious Lord Jesus Christ by winning souls.
The only true happy life is a life of winning souls to Jesus Christ!
“It is the only happy life to live for the salvation of souls.”

The Promise of Eternal Life
The Bible tells us that salvation comes only to those who enter through the DOOR into Heaven. John 10:1, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.” This door is the STRAIGHT GATE which leadeth unto life...
Matthew 7:13-14, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”

James 5:11, "Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy."
