I was listening to a sermon today by Pastor Jeff Owens titled, “How
To Make A Difference” and this statement caught me... “People come
and go, but God's always the same.” What a great truth! My friend, God was here
before you and I were born, and He will still be here long after we are gone.
God is immutable, that is, He cannot change. If
the Lord tarries His return, then there will be new generations to follow. Every
generation must rediscover the truth for themselves.
It is sickening that homosexuality is being turned into something good and acceptable in our society. It cannot be done. The Bible teaches that homosexuality is a sin, period. Romans 1:24-32 irrefutably condemns the vile affections of same-sex relations. Romans 1:25 foretold that homosexuals would CHANGE THE TRUTH OF GOD INTO A LIE!!! The wicked have butchered the Bible, corrupting the truth. There were at least two known homosexuals on the translating committee for the New International Version (NIV); namely, Dr. Virginia Mollenkott and Dr. Martin Woudstra. No wonder they completely removed the word “sodomites” from the Old Testament, because the word associates the practice of homosexuality with the wicked city of Sodom which God utterly destroyed...
Genesis 19:24-28, “Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground. But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt. And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the LORD: And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.”
Hebrews 13:8 proclaims that Jesus Christ is the same today as He was back when He walked the earth. Hebrews 13:8, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” God never changes! That's what the word “IMMUTABLE” means, that is, God cannot change. God is morally perfect (holy). It is impossible for God to change from His holy character. God still hates the sin of homosexuality in 2012 as much as He did in 2,000 BC during Abraham's time. America is just following the path of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Lot pitched the door opening of his tent toward Sodom (Genesis 13:12) and one chapter later in Genesis 14:12 Lot dwelt (lived) in Sodom. What a mistake! Lot went along to get along, moving to the wicked city for the conveniences of life (personal benefit). It was the worst decision he ever made. Lot lost his two sons-in-law. Lot lost his wife. Because of booze, Lot fathered his own grandchildren!!! The first recorded incident of incest in history involved ALCOHOL!!! The sin of incest was caused by the alcohol which Lot and/or his daughters brought out of Sodom. Alcohol is synonymous with alcohol. Oh, the evils of alcohol!!!
Jude 1:7, “Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.”
My friend, you can believe whatever you want, but that doesn't make it right in God's eyes. You can disagree with God if you dare, but this life will be over before you realize what happened. As you get older (by God's grace if given the opportunity) life goes faster and faster each passing day.
Do you know, Lot was a very wealthy man. Between Lot and Abraham, they had so much livestock and wealth that they couldn't share the same land. So Abraham told Lot, pick the land you want and I'll take the other. Lot went to Sodom with all his wealth and lost everything. Lot ended up in a cave. He lost his wife. He lost his daughters spiritually, who gave birth to his children. He lost his sons-in-law. Lot lost everything because of one wrong decision to move into Sodom!!!
Sadly, most people REJECT the truth which God gives
them. Most people misunderstand Hosea 4:6, “My people are destroyed for lack
of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge,
I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast
forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” God's people
weren't innocently ignorant of knowledge; but rather, they rebelliously rejected
the Word of the Lord. America has been given more truth than any other nation in
history, yet we reject it. I read in THE GOOD NEWS magazine (article
titled, HAS AMERICA LOST ITS WAY?; July-August 2012, pg. 26) that
46% of Americans only read their Bible once or twice a year!!! That's
sad! Yet, 90% of people watch television every day (many for hours each day).
Most teenagers can recite their favorite pimp American Idol singer's lyrics
word-for-word, but they couldn't quote you a Scripture if their life depended
upon it. It's a shame.
The Whole World Lieth In Wickedness
The
Bible says in 1st John 5:19 that the whole world lieth in wickedness, BUT WE ARE
OF GOD. Every generation has its majority share of wicked people and a very tiny
handful of Christians. Christians have always been hated by the wicked, because
our very presence constantly reminds them that they're rebelling against God.
All my life I have been despised and hated by people for being a Christian.
If you're a Christian, then you know what I'm about to say. I've often been in the presence of someone (or a group of people) and I can feel the conflict between the Holy Spirit in me and the spirit of Satan in them. I don't even have to take a stand for God, and yet I can feel the spiritual conflict. Satan's spirit knows who is saved and has God's Spirit in them. Satan is the prince of the power of the air, that spirit which now worketh in the children of disobedience (Ephesians 2:2). I love the presence of the Holy Spirit (Who is God with us, Immanuel, Matthew 1:23). Romans 8:9 calls the Holy Spirit the Spirit of Christ. The Godhead lives within the body of every believer. Literally, we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, more glorious than Solomons' temple ever was (1st Corinthians 3:16-16).
The world is so evil these days. Everywhere in American society today, women are loose, immoral and worldly. Today's women have been trained by America's partying culture to be nude, lewd and crude!!! God's judgment is upon us! When homosexuals are getting legally married, you know that a culture is doomed, on its last leg. Once a society becomes that perverted, it's over.
False prophets abound in these last days. Jesus warned
that liars and phonies would come.

God Seeth The Day Of The Wicked Coming
Time is quickly running out for the wicked. Their time of reckoning is coming, and their damnation slumbereth not. Psalms 7:11 warns that GOD IS ANGRY WITH THE WICKED EVERY DAY!!! They are already damned, it's just a matter of time (and time is running out!). Here are some precious Scriptures of encouragement for every Christian who is weary of the wickedness of this world...
Psalms 37:7-13, Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace. The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth. The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.”
If you are a Christian who loves the Lord Jesus Christ, hang in there my friend, because the coming of the Lord draweth nigh!!! The Rapture Of The Church is on our doorstep.
The days of the wicked are numbered. We as born-again Christians will be enjoying the pleasures of Heaven very soon. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! I thank God that I am on the winning side in Christ Jesus. When I ponder the Scriptures and realize just how fortunate I am to have found the truth in Christ Jesus, I am greatly humbled to tears. The good news of the Gospel is precious indeed. Jesus died to pay for our sins, by shedding His precious blood for our iniquities. The Lord was buried and rose from the dead three days later. He ascended into Heaven and is now seated on the right-hand of the Father, making intercession for the saints (Romans 8:34; Colossians 3:1-3).
I love the following Scripture, which reminds us that God is omniscient (all-knowing) and therefore, we should all be very careful what we say and do...
1st Samuel 2:3, “Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.”
I heard one of Mitt Romney's five sons today say during a CNN interview that his father is going to “fix the economy.” That young man is full of crap! Psalms 9:7-8, “But the LORD shall endure for ever: he hath prepared his throne for judgment. And he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgment to the people in uprightness.”

I went to a park on Easter Sunday and
as soon as I got out of my car I heard effin (the F word) this, and effin that,
pimp daddy, whore mama, get down shaggy shaggy, uh uhh, o baby, do it to it all
night long! I saw dozens of families and little children running around playing.
The family that had rented the park pavilion for that day were playing their
vulgar, sick and sinful music. It's the same ghetto trash that you'd hear in the
Cabrini Green or Robert Taylor Home projects in Chicago's slum neighborhoods!
Why people in decent neighborhoods would want to idolize and listen to that kind
of trash is beyond me. Leave that trash in the garbage pail where it belongs!

Satan Targets The Children, Because They Are The Future
When
I see the way some people survive (you can't call that living), and the things I
hear them subject their children to, I am grieved and am awed at the
longsuffering and patience of our great God. It is shocking just how degenerate
America's teenagers have become, inner cities and upscale suburbs alike. We have
the wrong idols in our nation.
Instead of praising scientists, inventors and surgeons in the eyes of our children, we uplift some high school dropout who can dribble a basketball or catch a pass. It's tragic! In Dr. Jack Hyles' sermon titled, “With All Thy Getting Get Wisdom,” he makes this awesome statement... Talent seeks attention, but wisdom pays attention! What a great truth!
The Devil knows that the easiest, surest and most effective way to corrupt any nation is to go after the children. If you can just corrupt one generation, you can capture the nation. Likewise, if we can reach just one generation for Jesus Christ, teaching them the truth, we could easily turn this nation around. That's all it would require to bring America back to God, that is, put the Word of God back into America's classrooms and read it to them for 15 minutes every day of the week. That's all it would take (and stop teaching the lies of evolution, and the impropriety of sex education to children). Romans 10:17 says faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
Women file for divorce more than TWICE the rate of men. This is because of the Communist feminist indoctrination that is government sponsored. God hates divorce. Politicians aren't catering to homosexuals to get their votes as some preachers have said. There's a few million gays in America, but the majority of people used to think it's disgusting (and it certainly is). The truth is that Christianity is the number one arch enemy of the New World Order. The biggest fly in the ointment of the Devil's modern tower and city of Babel is Christianity. The fastest way to destroy Christianity is to destroy marriages and homes. The best way to do that is to corrupt people through sexual immorality on television and in Hollywood movies. Homosexuality is rock bottom of any society.
With only 46% of Americans reading the Bible once or twice a year (THE GOOD NEWS magazine, article titled, HAS AMERICA LOST ITS WAY?; July-August 2012, pg. 26), the Devil has virtually NO resistance!!! The rest of the country reads the Bible three times a year. I dare say more than .01% of our nation loves God (1 in 1,000 people). Jesus foretold that the world in the End Times would return as it was in the perverted days of Noah (Matthew 24:37-39).
the homosexual agenda is being pushed to subvert our nation's morals, just as with the feminist and abortion agendas being pushed. The newsmedia has been instrumental in shaping the opinions of Americans. Vladimir Lenin said, “The best revolutionary is a youth devoid of morals.” And so it is in America today. Many patriots on the radio are attempting to restore liberty in America without repentance toward God from our unbelief. True repentance begins with THE Gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ Who died, was buried and resurrected (1st Corinthians 15:1-4).
Without the cross of Christ, any attempt to restore liberty is pure anarchy! God will not bless a nation of Christ-rejecters. The whole reason why Jesus died for our sins was to redeem us from our sins and save us from eternal damnation in the fires of Hell. Any attempt to improve humanity spiritually apart from the new birth in Christ Jesus is religious humanism, and not Biblical Christianity. Ye must be born again! (John 3:5-7).

Those who fear God do not perform, support, nor have abortions. Abortion is murder (Exodus 20:13). Abortion only leaves a pregnant mother with a dead baby. It is a crime in the eyes of God.
