Pensacola Christian College (PCC) Aren't The Only One's Who Treat Hurting People Like Human Trash

The hallmark character trait of a born-again believer who walks closely with God is caring about others. I can tell very quickly how close a pastor is with God just by how he treats people. God is love and He genuinely cares, so if you have the indwelling Holy Spirit and walk with Him, you will have God's love shed abroad in your heart. PCC doesn't have that!

I read a testimony online recently by one of PCC's former hurting students, which is disturbing...

“Beginning with Freshman orientation, I was told that PCC had God-given authority over me and that to disobey them was to disobey God, even if their rules were not supported Biblically.”

“I felt the administration cared more about my appearance and obedience to their rules than they did about me or my spiritual condition.”

“Any discussion PCC had about dressing or behaving to please God was ultimately tied to the need for a ‘PCC testimony,’ which was equal with or more important than a Christian testimony.”

“Please understand, I am not posting a negative review out of spite, but in response to legitimate concerns about significant problems at PCC.”

“I became so focused on their demands and expectations, I began to forget what God really wanted: me.”

“if they had meant to control me (or others) through fear and guilt, it was working.”
“By Sophomore year though, some things, such as their manipulative nature – mental, spiritual, and emotional, couldn’t be ignored.”

“By Junior year, I was calloused: I neither feared nor felt guilty for disagreeing with PCC. I simply felt trapped.”

“eventually, I ceased to care about anything. In fact, I was disappointed that one day I would have to call myself a ‘PCC Graduate.’”

Did you get that? She said: I FELT THE ADMINISTRATION CARED MORE ABOUT MY APPEARANCE AND OBEDIENCE TO THEIR RULES THAN THEY DID ABOUT ME OR MY SPIRITUAL CONDITION!!! Bingo! That is exactly how I felt when I attended PCC's Campus Church in 2021, like I was not wanted there and Pastor Jeff Redlin couldn't care less about me as a human being. Redlin was rude, insensitive, a jerk, uncaring and now he is wickedly and shamefully refusing to allow me to even attend their so-called “church.” Any church that selectively cares about people is a CULT! It certainly is not God's church at PCC. What a religious CULT! Their own students are exposing them. My heart goes out to this young woman.

Whether you dump an elderly sick woman on the street to rid yourself of her as your problem, or you refuse to allow a hurting divorced man to come back to church to rid yourself of his presence, you are guilty of treating hurting people like human trash. All I wanted was to attend their Campus Church, but their bigoted snob for a pastor refused, and PCC leadership backed him up. So now we are permanent enemies. Hatred only begets hatred, a truth that PCC still hasn't learned since 1974 when they opened their doors at PCC. People just want to be loved.

I am so disgusted with Pensacola Christian College. Not even one person in leadership at PCC has the backbone to speak with me, so that we could work things out. They just write people off, throw you under the bus, and forget about you, just like human trash. That is the shameful state of Bible colleges today! That is the wretched spiritual condition of the institutions which are training tomorrow's pastors and full-time religious leaders. God forgive us!
